Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
2 T milk
1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
2 T milk

Preparation
Preheat oven to 375.
In a standard 9-inch glass pie plate (not deep dish), combine the flour, sugar and salt; add melted butter, milk and lemon juice. Stir with a fork.
